AK Operational Consulting helps growing organizations navigate operational complexity as they scale. I partner closely with leadership teams to strengthen supply chain, operations, and planning capabilities so growth is sustainable, executable, and supported by the right people, processes, and decisions.

With more than 25 years of experience across supply chain and operations, I have worked in retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and life sciences, supporting organizations at every stage of growth. My background spans consumer goods, life sciences, and specialty manufacturing, with deep experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, commercialization, and operational analytics.

Much of my work today focuses on small-to-mid-sized organizations that are growing quickly and beginning to feel strain across systems, processes, or supplier networks. These businesses often recognize the need for change but benefit from experienced leadership to assess the current state, establish priorities, and implement practical solutions without overengineering the business.

My approach is collaborative and hands-on. I work alongside leadership teams to simplify complexity, improve decision-making, and build operating models that fit the organization rather than forcing the organization to fit a process. Whether aligning cross-functional teams, strengthening planning capabilities, developing internal talent, or stepping into a fractional leadership role, my focus is on building operational capability that lasts beyond the engagement.
