AK Operational Consulting helps growing organizations navigate operational complexity as they scale. I partner closely with leadership teams to strengthen supply chain, operations, and planning capabilities so growth is sustainable, executable, and supported by the right processes and data.

I bring more than 25 years of hands-on experience across supply chain and operations, working in both retail and manufacturing environments and supporting organizations at very different stages of maturity. My background spans consumer goods, life sciences, and specialty manufacturing, with deep experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, and operational analytics.

Much of my work today focuses on small-to-mid-sized teams that are growing quickly and feeling strain across systems, processes, or supplier networks. These organizations often know improvement is needed, but benefit from experienced support to assess the current state, prioritize the right initiatives, and execute without overengineering or disruption.

My approach is practical and hands-on. I spend time understanding how the business actually operates, identifying the biggest constraints to growth, and helping teams implement solutions that fit their scale and capabilities. Engagements range from targeted project support to stepping in as a fractional supply chain or operations leader during periods of transition or change.

The goal of every engagement is the same: leave teams with greater clarity, stronger operating discipline, and the confidence to manage growth moving forward.
